Got a Few Minutes? How to Make Local Butter!

Step 1: Get creative at work (thanks Edmund!)








Step 2: Shake 1/2 gallon of local heavy cream. 
Step 3: Add salt (careful!)
Step 4: Cut container in half and there awaits you the most fresh, creamy, local butter! Enjoy!
